In February 2022, Napa home prices were up 4.4% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $840K. On average, homes in Napa sell after 29 days on the market compared to 36 days last year. There were 61 homes sold in February this year, down from 76 last year.  Some homes get multiple offers, with the average home selling for about 2% above list price and pending in around 38 days. Hot homes can sell for about 7% above list price and go pending in around 20 days. Homes sold above list price: 60.7%. Homes with price drops: 7.4% Sale-to-list price: 103%.
